Endometriosis network Canada's Vancouver Run to End Endo is returning to Stanley park on May 23rd 2026.

Endometriosis affects 2 million Canadians, yet it remains widely misunderstood and under-diagnosed. This community centre 5k walk/run invites people of all ages and abilities to come together in support of those living with Endometriosis.

All proceeds support vital programs through the Endometriosis network Canada. Whether you join as a walker, runner or volunteer your participants make a difference.
